5. Property Listings

5.1 Listing Requirements

Property listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable housing laws and regulations. You warrant that you have the legal right to list the property and enter into rental agreements.

5.2 Content Standards

All listing content must comply with Canadian advertising standards and human rights legislation. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these standards or our community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rent Genius Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute any content you submit to our Service for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Fees and Payment
